Thank you for shopping with us. Each item in our store is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because items are created specifically after an order is placed, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Please review product descriptions, size charts, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address].

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size was ordered or if you change your mind after purchase.

Please check the size guide before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend comparing the measurements to an item you already own and like.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your household, neighbors, building/mailroom, and local carrier.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at [your email address] and we will help review the issue.

Return Address

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
